Things To Do
Dancing Fire is located in Michigan’s beautiful “Thumb” and is an easy five-minute drive away from public beaches on Lake Huron in the City of Port Huron.
After dark, the blue-ish purple lights of the international Blue Water Bridge to Canada can be seen from the park.
Head 10 minutes west on I-69 and our guests are at the trailhead of the 12-mile Wadhams-to-Avoca Trail, a scenic route through both the woods and farmland. The trail crosses an old train trestle with panoramic views of the river below.
Downtown Port Huron and its many indoor-and-outdoor amenities is just a quick five-minute drive east. During the summer season, guests can grab a bite to eat indoors or outdoors at a number of restaurants on the St. Clair River and the Black River, check out an outdoor concert at a number of venues in the heart of downtown, or even rent a pontoon boat for a day on the water!
